<x-charset iso-8859-1>There are systems which take the cabin air and blow it through the heat exchangers again. It's the only way to get hotter air from the original system (apart from putting it back into original condition to make it work correctly again!), but it means cutting holes in the rear bulkhead and on a Type 3 might overheat the heat exchangers, which rely on a continuous flow of cool air through them whether the heater valve is open or not.
