1970, T-3, fastback, 1600, auto, with 2 weber 34, ICT's. a header system, AC, daily driver. Hey guys.. thanks for the help.. I finally got it fixed and the noise is gone. With the engine still in.. (with many scraped hands and elbows) I found out ONE little 6mm bolt that holds the front 1/2 of the whole fan cover had come out. Lots of work but thanks to all of you I got it. So the fan and generator belt pully fan all had to come out and go back in. pretty hard with the header system.. but. since I am by myself and a backyard mechanic, I didnt want to takle taking the engine out. but anyways.. it works now. Thanks for all your advice. wheee time for driving... Ralph ------------------------------------------------------------ > > Maybe somebody can help me out..
