<x-charset iso-8859-1>You need to speak to Jim A or Pat. Jim rebuilds them. Have you checked that
the thermal fuse hasn't melted? (It's the phosphor-bronze spring bit tucked
up near the coil at the back.) Also try soaking the mechanism in some
solvent to dissolve the old oil, grease and dirt, and then lubricate.

This is for the grey-faced clocks; the black ones are a different kettle of
fish.
