<x-charset iso-8859-1>You need to speak to Jim A or Pat. Jim rebuilds them. Have you checked that the thermal fuse hasn't melted? (It's the phosphor-bronze spring bit tucked up near the coil at the back.) Also try soaking the mechanism in some solvent to dissolve the old oil, grease and dirt, and then lubricate.
