History on the engine , it had sit with the turbine in water for a long time (about 3 years) and hade a lot of corroson on the case where the seal is , I had the case alighened bored with new bearings so it just about has to be a bad case. I have heard of the sand seals before but have never used one of them, might be easer to go with another case, I have a few spares .
