<x-charset iso-8859-1>Okay, here is the scoop (and the reason for my recent interest in type 3's again)! Vin # 0 000 002 is alive and in good condition! It is Ruby Red and an excellent specimen of a complete original car (little to no rust and unmolested original condition, possibly original paint). Here is the best part (to me), it has a white steering wheel and column as in the first sales brochures produced. Even #10 has the black column and steering wheel. This is all I am able to announce for now, because the car has not yet been completely secured or transported to it's new home (unfortunatly not my home, but I do have people working on that also).
