It's more work than most people are willing to do. The shift parts 
and pedal cluster in front are just drop in, but the spare tire well 
has to come out and the frame plate on the front of the tunnel has 
to be removed to install the shift rod, but this is really not a big 
deal. You will need to cut a new opening in the rear for access to 
the shift coupler.

Yes, you will have to fabricate and install one.

If you do this, save the front transmission mount and the AT shift 
cable as these are getting quite scarce now.
