<x-charset iso-8859-1>Maybe you could prime it, then seal the surface with a few layers of top
laquer, and lastly put on the flat black primer?
The important thing is to keep moist from getting in contact with the sheet
metal. This will happen very fast if the car is taken out in the open just
primered.
