Someone may have switched the pan. Or the front beam and rear drums. I thought that 66 had 5 lug too. ?? In the US 67 was the big change over year. 12 v, 4 lug. Right??? Again, in the US I could be mistaken. Anyway, the wide five disc brakes from Custom Speed Parts <http://www.customspeedparts.com> state that they fit Type 3. For the rear, You may be able to switch the 4 lug drums for the early drums? Anyone know if this will work? -- Phillip Bradfield - Portland, Oregon - http://www.volkshaus.com Member: Rose City Volksters - http://members.nbci.com/rosecityvolk/ '63 Notchback w/ 68 pan - waiting for brake, electrical, and carb work: stock 1600 w/stock dual solex carbs '68 Squareback - waiting for '67 euro fenders and front clip: no motor '69 Squareback - chopped 3 1/2" with new 2.0l wheels: no motor '??
