That electrical problem is very odd. Where do you have your radios hooked up? Is this the only electrical item in your car that does this . It seems that you have your radio hooked up to a bad high resistance circuit. If your lights and wipers are ok and your voltrage to your battery is 12v off and above 13 v when in idle your charging circuit should be OK. Try to connect your radio directly to your battery and drive around and try to cause these symptoms to come up. If no symptoms then reconnect your radio in a better more higher power location (thicker wire location sourced from the battery). If the problem still stands then either you have a ghost in your battery or your radio needs repair. I think it is bad hookup location.
