=> Oh and how do you turn on the wipers? Sounds like you're doing the right thing switch-wise. The switch has off, low and high speed positions. Key on? Good connections at switch and fuse box? Check for voltage at wiper motor (I know, hard to get up there without taking everything apart) ....
