Which ones? The ones up at the nose of the tranny might die, but 
the ones at the side of the rear mount bar will never fail (even 
though they might look crummy.)

The front one can be a bit difficult, but the rear ones would be easy. 
In either case you just have to support the engine/transmission 
while you unbolt the mount. You will have to lever the tranny out of 
the way to replace the front one.
