Just an FYI, the sun visors I received from TMI did not have the screw Jim mentioned and would not slide on the shaft. The TMI sunshades are made with about 2 inches of adjustment. Just slide the visor on the chrome rod that attaches to the pivot point. They are never the right length out of the bag on the half a dozen I have installed. It would be nice if TMI put some instructions on this in with the visors...... of course that would make it way to easy. :+) As Jim mentioned, you may have to loosen a screw first to have it slide.
