Raising or lowering a T-3 is not as easy as it sounds. It is a matter or
pulling all the torsion bars, and resetting the splines.
Have you considered using a "toter/dolly" <sp>. Just get the front
wheels up
onto it. Might have to jack it up to get it on if it is that low.
If it a an automatic, drop the rear drive shafts.
