I don't think it is all that hard. Just look at all the parts you have 
and try to see how they might fit together to make a box of the 
right size and shape. In your box you probably have some of the 
ducts that actually install OUTSIDE of the box after the box is 
installed. 

I just hope you have ALL the parts you need.

You should also have 2 black rubber hoses, ~1" OD, which are 
water drain hoses: 1 long and 1 short. You should clean out the 
long one and install it now, or it may already be installed. If it is 
already there, pull it out and clean it and then reinstall. It is the 
water drain hose and it is necessary that it is working well if the car 
is to stay dry inside. The long one runs down from above where it 
connects to a metal spigot on the right side of the metal upper part 
of the airbox; it then runs out a hole just to the right of center above 
where the floor hump meets the front bulkhead.
