The last T-1 2.3L engine I worked on was lucky to go 20 miles. BUT, It was
developing 239 hp on the dyno. and was only driven 1/8-1/4 mile at a time. I
think is was called L-Gas dragster. 900 lbs '62 bug. Transaxle took a
beating too.
