This is something that catalogs are particularly useful for -- a quick look at rocky mountain motorworks shows that the ignition lock cylinder for '67-'70 Type III is the same as '68-'70 Type I. However, the electrical part is not listed for '67 Type III; however, Type III and Type I '68-'70 electrical part is the same. Perhaps the electrical portion of the switch can be made to work acceptably?
