Charge up the battery. Disconnect the coil. Put it in gear, in a direction it is 
clear to move. Press the clutch pedal to the floor. Turn the key and hold it on 
START and drive it around for a couple of seconds with the starter.

If that fails to break it loose:

Jack up the rear wheels and release the parking brake. Put it in 3rd gear and 
start the engine. Push the clutch pedal to the floor and SLAM the brake 
pedal down fast and hard. Repeat until the clutch breaks free.
