[T3] services moved

Folks,

	I've moved the vwtype3.org services.  Hopefully, nobody will
notice. :)

	Through a little quirk of the dns host, it turns out that web
serving under http://vwtype3.org will take about six hours to propagate;
meanwhile, web serving under http://www.vwtype3.org should be pointed to
the new machine.  This should only have any real implication for the web
version of recent messages -- with scrapbook and classifieds adds &
deletes frozen, not much is changing at the moment.
