Chris,

Just another thought.  If your LEFT rubber brake hose is failing it will not
allow the full release of the pads from the rotor. This will cause them to
overheat and loose much of their efficiency.  This means the RIGHT brakes
will have more braking power causing the car to pull to the RIGHT.

    I shall check that, but my problem is when I brake It pulls like mad not
when I am off the pedal. (just a tad when not braking - just changed the tie
rod end though and must re-align)
