The master cyl wouldn't have anything to do with this, but the calipers might. Check the 2 disks after a drive; is one hotter than the other. If so the caliper on the hot side is sticking. It could be the caliper's fault, or just the hose. You can also stick your finger between the pad backing plate and the caliper while someone else presses the brake. You can actually feel the pad move and retract.
