Re: [T3] FI fuel pump.


I took a look at the same car (even bid). This is the second time the car
has been on e-bay, I think the reserve might be real high and they say the
car runs but is missing the fuel pump. I sent them an e-mail and asked the
manufacture date and about needing a fuel pump. The car was manufactured in
September of 1972 ( the seats aren't from 72) and it ran on the lot but
needed a fuel pump because it was missing. I would be skeptical about the
car running part a FI car is sorta hard to run without a fuel pump because
the FI requires constant fuel pressure. Check out the two rust holes below

side. Since you live close maybe you can go take look and give us some
feedback. It looks like a fairly straight body.
