The T3 fiberglass replacement panels have a cutout around the jack point and
don't do anything with the tunnel or the outside heater channel faŤade
thereby avoiding both seat rails, at least that's how it was going to work
out for my 71 Square.

I would add inspection of the heater channels and related area.  If the car
sags when you open the door like a convertible MG that sat out in the rain
with a hole in its top for 5 years, you've got more body work ahead of you
than just floor pan replacement.
