I think its casue 68 and up fenders have the gas flap. I Don't see a prob using a later one w/ the flap . wel as long as its not one from a long nose, but then you'd have a useless flap in your fender. As for the turn signals, you can cut out the hole for the wrap arounds. BTW i could be wrong cause my earliest Type 3 is my 68 so...
