If I may read your description another way, you've found a '69 Fasty with a partial interior, an engine that's been messed with, and a straight body that needs paint right away, but it runs and drives with no immediately apparent problems. I dunno what the market's like near you, but this would be difficult to sell for $400 around here. If you're ready for a project -- and by that I mean you have the time and money and you're prepared to deal with the unexpected problems -- and the price is right, you may have the potential for a pretty nice ride there.
