I have ordered from them (not this tho) and the shipping was very reasonable. As far as clamps, it is held in place by large worm-gear type clamps (your standard, use a straight screwdriver/nutdriver to tighten/loosen). When I put my new one on (thick rubber - better than than the felt(?) one that was on it), it was very tight and I didn't put the clamps back on. One was mangled and unusable anyway.
