Each side is the opposite, on the right anticlocwise and on the left
clockwise.
Also, have you put the cooling flaps with the thermostat ( those that block
off the air flow to the cylinders until they heat up ? and how about the
preheating unit on the air filter ( the one that comes form the hot spot ).
