[T3] Bosch Distributor

A friend of mine was cleaning out his garage and found a brand new German 
Bosch distributor in a box with some other VW parts. He brought it to me 
claiming it was an 009 and asked me if I wanted to buy it. It looks like an 
009, but the numbers are wrong. The numbers are:

JFU 4
Bosch 0 231 176 028
VW 043 905 205 C

It has no place for FI contacts, but a place for a vac advance (whicmæ/Šugged with a white plastic cap).

Does anyone know what application this distributor fits?
