Mark Time (on RAMVA) gives the minus-minus-minus rule.  If the minus
contact (the fixed one) is minus metal then the capacitor is minus value
(ie change the capacitor).

Coil and capacitor (condenser) must be matched for best performance, just
like your amp and speakers.  If not energy is wasted, and goes on spark
erosion.
