Aedan makes exactly the right point. At this rate you'd better be 
doing about 1000 mi/hr!

If your pump output is low, then the first thing to check it that it 
is able to get gas freely from the tank. If the screen in the bottom 
of the tank and the filter are both fine, then if you remove the 
inlet hose to the pump you will get a solid pencil-sized stream of 
gas that flows out as if there is no more impedance there than just a 
length of hose. Anything less is an indication that you need a new 
filter or a clean screen.
