Re: [T3] Insulation in the doors

Another concern for insulation in doors and panels is
that any gapsÜ…~  insulation and metal leaves
room for condensation to form, pool, and the red menace
starts to eat out the panel from the inside out.

Using ANY insulation that will absorb water will also do this
even if perfectly attached to the metal. The area
of transition of insulated surface and non-insulated
provides a location for condensation to form a line
of moisture.

Non-absorbing insulator and 100% contact to panel
is what is needed, but thing slike structural supports,
ends of panels, etc get in the way.

There isn't a perfect solution, just compromises.
