Hi, Just a quick note. I removed all 4 fenders...on my 65 notch, as Im in the process of doing a custom resto. After removing the right front fender, I noticed a large ball of very old electrical tape wrapped around the wiring harness. Im replacing the harness any way....so I proceded to cut the tape so I could get it thru the rubber grommet, and low and behold a key popped out! It is the door lock key, and is the large VW symbol. A little corossion on it, but other than that, the chrome is perfect. Now I have all real VW keys and not ugly copys! Just sharing my joy.....
