When I dug deeper into the box with spare parts I found a fourth
balljoint. Now
I got 2 upper and 2 lower.

I measured mine and got the following results:

  Upper: Cylindrical = 16 mm, Tapered = 28-47 mm (+-1 mm)

  Lower: Cylindrical = 18 mm, Tapered = 28-50 mm (+-1 mm)

Is this the same as your balljoints? Then I might have the later ones,
which are
wrong for my car.

I looked in myqEp manual, which is a german 1962-1964 edition. It
says
nothing about the different styles of balljoints. This information is
probably
in the 1965- edition.
