Dave, Thanks for the information, you are absolutely correct, of course. I was also able to match the part # on the VW box up to the Type 3 parts list as N 30 080 1. Interestingly (or not), 1 was marked "Hazet", the others were not but they are identical in every other way. Guess which one I'm keeping? :) The remaining wrenches have been sold. If possible, I would love to see a photo of your tool kit that included this wrench as I am piecing together a complete toolkit for my '63 Notchback. I believe I have all the tools but a picture and/or listing would be invaluable. Thank you in advance.
