It should be straight forward. This is a common task. There are 2 cutouts in the shoulder that the race seats against and these allow you to drive the race out with a punch from the far side. Note, however that it is not always necessary to replace the outer race. All the bearing manufacturers agree that you can replace only the inner race and rollers if the outer race is still good. In fact, this is usually the case.
