Fair point. I guess it depends on the market that exists for them. I doubt there is a big market since it is so easy to lower it with the spline adjustment. I'd reckon that moâœýé e people who do lower their Type 3s are more concerned with looks per dollar than handling. I don't know if the Beetle drop spindles fit the Type 3, even the one with the same callipers and discs (as most 1500/1600 Beetles apart from US, and the Ghias in US too). Anyone got a Beetle microfiche or Parts book? Dave.
