[T3] Timing and head temps

Anyone have a "ball park" on the difference of head temps on a stock
motor that is running total advance of 30 as compared to a total advance
of 37.5?  I thought I read somewhere that each degree of advance over 30
on a stock engine was worth about 25F in temp, but I can't remember
where or why that number is in my head.
