It might be any of the things you mentioned, but it is most likely 
water, a normal combustion product, mixed with a bit of oil, gas, and 
soot. If you drove far enough to really warm up the engine, this 
would pass out of the exhaust without condensing. On a cold engine, 
it condenses there.
