   Buying & selling a car is a 'personal' thing. So 'personally' I would try
to get her to come down as close to your price as possible. It sounds as the
car has many good points but in order to get the price down, suggest the
weaker points. Replaceing the rubber & the price thereof,د÷Ž she won't
meet your price, try meeting half way between 15 & 12. It's 'only' $300 but
$300 is $300. The ultimate decision has to be yours.
