Re: [T3] Relays for ignition switch


Use a standard Ford starting relay, about $5-6 at the local chain
parts places.  It's built to take the current.  The classic place is
on the right-side tranny cover, using the upper bolts.  I used 1/4"
quick connect terminals on mine so I could change back in a hurry, for
testing, if need be.  I think the later Idiot's Guides have a drawing
of how it's installed.  Gene Berg has a kit and instructions, if you
need them.
