In Goodole NewYork State, we have a yearly inspection. This entails checking of Brakes, E-Brake, tires, lights, blinkers, wipers, belts, front suspension, and Windows can't be LIMO tinted. No big deal , tho, they just don't want a piece os dookie, on the road. You can sometimes bypass this hassle, if you KNOW someone whom runs an inspection station.
