Omigod! I'm in love! Those are gorgeous! I'm soooo glad that I'm not the only one on the list that is a "non-purist"! I mean I respect a stock VW for the patience that's put into it, but I love an imaginative car more. My 72 Square will have a custom dash and console one piece, all new interior(headliner, carpet, etc.). Replace the seats buckets front and back. And what about this idea? Buy a roof air conditioning unit for a van or RV and put in the back or in the front trunk. I'd like to do suicide doors but I have no clue as to how. I'd also like to lower the front end. My mechanic said it could be done without buying anything; only adjusting?
