Daryl, Sounds like all the terminations & colors are correct. Were you checking these terminations at the switch? If so, the colors of the wires & terminals should match up from the switch to the motor. Also, for a '68 or '69 model, the wiper motor is on fuse 8, a 16 amp fuse.
