Dearest list, I'm going to install a new carpet and want to remove the heater control knobs (the ones in front of the door). I had to cut the old carpet out of this area. How do they come off? I also noticed the drivers knob is grey, and the passenger white. What is the correct color for '66, and does anyone have a spare FS? Peter Parker '66 Square; Phillip Portland, OR
