It's simple to say change the hoses, but I've had trouble with hoses going bad, even if they look fine. It does pretty much what you described as the rubber collapses internally and locks the fluid in place. Change them both, but the right one sounds worse, giving poor braking on right (pulls left) then holds pressure on right (sticks). Dave.
