Yes sir ...... Here in St. Pete florida they can do that. What they usually
do is if you have a vehicle that is not taged the city will give you 30 days
to tag and insure it. Next they give you XX amount of days to dispose of it.
Then they fine you XX amount of $$$$$ for every day you have it after the
limit.
that is how Iost a 68 bus in fantastic shape. It didnt have a motor and I
was so broke that i could not afford insurancefor it.
