Hi Carl Whats ths compression like on this engine? If your carbs and ignition are both in order then it sounds like a total loss of compression somewhere that might be the cause of your problem. Also check for any vacuum leaks - especialy the flexible tube between the inlet manifold and the balance line. Both these scenarios might cause loss of power and hard/ no starting. Keep us posted.
