Timing

Well I read my own message and saw I didn't give enough information. 
The dist is a 009 and the notch to the #1 firing position is lined up at
4 o'clock.  Muir and Bentley show the notch at 11 o'clock.  Is the 009
different and if so how?

i bought the car with baby dell's installed  and nooo FI parts even near
the car.  Its my first attempt to learn how the mechanicals works on
this wonderful car.
