Phillips passenger side heater channel vent filled with water until I replaced the window and window seal. There was no rust in the frame, just a cracked seal at the upper corner. The water ran down behind the dash pad, behind the carpet and A) onto the floor and/or B) into the heater channel via the vent lever opening. If the floor was wet, there always was water in the channel vent too. Good luck, Peter Parker '66 Square; Phillip Portland, OR
