What I do know, is that if someone doesn't want to respond to a question, you just delete it and move on with your email. No one is forcing anyone to answer any questions. I agree with the suggestion about getting a manual. He would benefit a lot from it! But if for some reason he doesn't want to get a manual, or cannot afford it, then keep in mind that no one is forcing anyone to answer any questions. As I understand it, this is an open forum for people to freely express and ask questions, and no minimum requirement of any type is required to join this fabulous list. Now, you can use this same argument about freedom of speech to justify your answer to that question. But can't you be more sensible and corteous with others?
