1.  Bash the hell out of it.  Run it up as tight as it will go, 
	then tighten it a whole lot more.  Then take it to a shop
	and tighten it the rest of the way with an air impact wrench.

2.	You can get it tight enough with a 5-foot pipe, a socket, and
	gentle pressure.


Is there such a thing as a torque wrench that can measure 240 ft lbs?
